We ship AUSTRALIA WIDE. Our aim is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of being received.

Our shipping rates are calculated by weight. Cocktail rimming sugars weighing less that 500 grams cost $4.00.

Other non-fragile orders weighing less that 500 grams cost $9.00 and orders weighing above that cost $15.00 flat shipping.

In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date delivery details, Sugar Rims is not liable for any re-postage fees and return to sender fees.

Deliveries

We offer local delivery to some areas within our region:

          Free deliveries with 5km of Berwick, Victoria

          (15km radius around Berwick, Victoria) for $10.00

          (20km radius around Berwick, Victoria) for $15.00

There are a few times when Sugar Rims is collaborating with other small businesses. In this case, the delivery prices might change at the checkout page, depending on the location of the other business.

Promotions & Discounts

We have rotating promotions and discounts available most weeks, if you sign up to our mailing list you will be first to hear about any discounts or promo codes that come out!

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, as the products we sell are food products, Sugar Rims is unable to offer any refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

Please inspect your order once you receive it and notify us instantly at info@sugarrims.com.au with the details of your issue and photos of the damage if the item is defective, damaged or if you did not receive the correct item purchased so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Sugar Rims if a product has not been delivered. All failed deliveries should be reported to info@sugarrims.com.au and Sugar Rims will evaluate the matter and take necessary action to amend the issue. Sugar Rims will not be held accountable for any difficulties regarding late deliveries. Our suggested delivery times are an estimation and should not be held against Sugar Rims.
